This was our first time buying a home so it was bit scary sometimes. The staff was super helpful and very knowledgeable which made the process a lot easier. We used them for finding our mortgage and home insurance. Both ended up being great deals.
We found our dream home but needed to close in 20 days. And we did! Clay is exceptional. It was around tax time and I needed to submit my business taxes as proof of income. My CPA couldn't get my taxes filed in time so Clay introduced me to his CPA, who completed my taxes within one day (on a Sunday before the tax deadline!) His CPA is now officially mine. JoAnne, our mortgage loan processor, is a rockstar. She was responsive and always answered my emails within minutes, no matter what time of day. We had purchased our last home 20 years ago so we were essentially newbies. I needed her to educate me on a lot of the processes and fees and she did with enthusiasm and knowledge. I was a little skeptical at first to go with a company that I'd never heard of, but it ended up being one of the best decisions of my life! I spent countless hours speaking and working with Michael, Theresa, and the rest of the team there. They never made me feel like the nuisance I probably was; instead, they were incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Not only that, but they got me a great deal on my mortgage and made the whole process super easy for me! During the few attempts I made to shop around for myself, other lenders/brokers could not come close to the deal that AMS got for me. They even worked their butts off to help me close in less than a month from when our offer was accepted. I can't recommend them enough.

I would like to say I am not pleased with my loan officer Michael Bock whatsoever. I know how stressful closing on a home can be but this could have been a reality horror closing show! Not only does he lack basic communication skills to his clients he delayed my closing with multiple mistakes. However I will say despite his error and one of his team members TERRIBLE mistakes!, Joann on the other hand needs praise and more of it! We ended with her completing this process. I also respect Shannon the Office manager as she made sure to intervene and step in when needed. Michael if I can provide any advice it would no matter on who your clients or how big the closing is you need to be proactive with ALL clients as if theirs matter just as much as a million dollar closing cause regardless we all are equal. American Mortgage your services are amazing I would implement basic fundamentals for the officers if they are lacking people skills cause I know you guys are amazing but corrections can be made so EVERYONE has a good experience.

What an amazing experience I had with the loan process! I just closed on a beach condo and they made it happen in only 20 business days! If you know anything about loans and investment properties, especially condos, you know it can be a long and tough process, but they got it done! Will definitely use them for my next investment property and any future real estate purchases.
