Program Details

Effective July 1st, 2023 you can receive up to $35,000 for down payment and closing cost assistance!

  • You must work full-time (35hrs a week+), and be employed by a Florida-based employer.

  • Borrowers can receive up to 5% of the first mortgage loan amount (maximum of $35,000) in down payment and closing cost assistance.

  • Assistance is available in the form of a 0%, nonamortizing, 30-year deferred second mortgage.

  • 640+ credit score required.

  • Primary residence only (Single family/townhouse/condo/ multi-unit).

  • Available for Conventional, FHA, and USDA loan programs.
